Sapulpa Police Name Vehicle of Interest in Pipe Bomb Threat

Tuesday’s Pipe Bomb Threat at the Creek County Courthouse turned out to be very much more than a threat…police recovered two improvised explosive devices out of a car’s center console.

And while police aren’t naming suspects, they do have a “vehicle of interest” in the case they’d like to find out more about.

The truck looks to be an older model Chevrolet, blue with a white hood.

Do you have information about this car? Call Sapulpa Police at (918) 224-3862.

The woman driving the car that contained the pipe bombs first noticed that her tires were flat, then noticed something in the car with wires protruding out from it. At that point she called the police.
