Sapulpa couple arrested with 7 lbs of marijuana, 120 grams of meth after traffic stop in Tulsa

Russell Sinor, 32, and Elizabeth Osburn, 35, reportedly from Sapulpa, were arrested on February 1st after Tulsa County Sheriff Deputies pulled over a blue Honda Accord with a tag that was registered to a Pontiac.

Sinor, driving, was noticeably nervous, according to the arresting officer. Sinor had a suspended license and couldn’t produce insurance for the car. He told officers that the car belonged to Elizabeth Osburn, who was in the passenger’s seat.

During a search, deputies found a “large amount of currency” in Sinor’s pocket, that contained a large amount of five-dollar and one-dollar bills. Sinor said that the ATM was out of twenties and gave him all fives. Deputies believe this to be drug money.

During a search, officers found a pink backpack in the back seat containing Ziploc baggies, including one which contained a crystal-like substance, along with a used syringe, and another bag containing unused syringes.

Searching Osburn’s purse, officers found a digital scale, another baggie of crystal-like rocks weighing approximately 9.15 grams, and one loaded syringe. They also found a blue case that contained a glass pipe used for smoking methamphetamine, two syringes, and another Ziploc baggie containing six pills of Suboxone and more used syringes.

Drugs, paraphernalia and cash confiscated by Tulsa County deputies.

Also, in the back seat, deputies located a large white trash bag and a glass container containing marijuana. The white plastic bag containing marijuana weighed approximately 7.55 lbs.

Sinor then told Sargeant Freeman he had “dope in his pants” and Freeman removed a large plastic bag containing large crystal-like rocks weighing approximately 111.85 grams from Sinor’s left pant leg.

Sinor also told officers he was part of an Irish Mob prison gang. A records check flagged Sinor as gang-affiliated. He also said that he had 8 months left on his probation.

Sinor was charged with affixing an improper license plate, committing gang-related offenses, driving under suspension, possession of drug paraphernalia, possessing and receiving drug proceeds, and trafficking methamphetamine.

Osburn was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, and possession of marijuana without a license.
