Wilma “Billie Fay” Babbitt

Wilma ‘Billie Fay’ Babbitt went home to be with the Lord on December 6th, 2021 with her family at her side.

Billie was born in Tollison AZ on February 3rd, 1941 to Raymond and Helen Hall. She attended Sapulpa Schools. She raised her four children while employed at Liberty Glass for 11 years. In 1979 she graduated from Sapulpa Central Vo-Tech and in 1990 graduated from Drumright Central Vo-Tech with a LPN Nursing Degree.

She traveled the world with her late husband, Ed. After his retirement from the military, they settled in the Sapulpa area where they resided until his passing. She was faithfully active for many years serving the Lord in the Assembly of God as well as serving others in her community. Her greatest pleasure was spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Billie is survived by; her children Connie & Jack Harmon of Sand Springs, Steve & Sandy Cooper of Euless, TX, Keith & Regina Cooper of Euless, TX, Robin & Royce Webster of Sapulpa and one stepdaughter, Carolyn Johnson of Jacksonville FL. She is survived by 10 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Billie is also survived by sisters; Lavera Clements, Donna McGrath, Sharon Boone, Jan Mobley & brothers; Danny Hall & Chris Hall & a host of family and friends

Billie is preceded in death by; her husband Ed Babbitt, parents Raymond & Eva Hall, Mother Helen Clark-Hall, Sister Olive Wheeler, Brother Jimmy Hall, Sister Carol Sams and Great-Granddaughter Kyndall Cooper.

Visitation will be Friday December 10th at Smith Funeral Home in Sapulpa OK with services being held at Beams of Light Church in Sapulpa OK on Saturday December 11th, at 1:00pm. Services under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
