Stephen Wayne Blevins, 58, of Sapulpa went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 28, 2018 at St. Francis Hospital, Tulsa, OK. He was born on November 15, 1959 in Bakersfield, California to Ronnie and Lucille (Cornelius) Blevins.
He attended Catoosa High School and graduated with honors in 1978.
He married his best friend, Vianey (Ramos Gonzalez) Blevins on July 14, 2000 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. They made their home in Sapulpa, Oklahoma and were blessed with two daughters. Steve was employed as a precision machinist in Tulsa, Oklahoma for many years.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and many friends. His interests included fishing, shooting, woodwork and building and operating remote controlled airplanes.
He was a loving husband, father, brother, and uncle. He mentored many and will be dearly missed.
He is survived by his wife, Vianey Blevins of the home; daughters, Anna Blevins and Jennifer Blevins, also of the home; his mother, Lucille Blevins of Tulsa; sisters, Linda Mashburn, Rhonda Ohmart, and Elizabeth Boler; and brother, David Blevins.
He is preceded in death by his father, Ronnie Blevins; and brother, James Phillip Blevins.
Family Visitation will be held form 5-7 pm on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at Smith Funeral Home, 1208 S Main St, Sapulpa, OK. Graveside service will be held at 10 am on Friday, November 2, 2018 at Wofford Cemetery, Catoosa, OK. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Smith Funeral Home, 1208 S Main St, Sapulpa, OK.
