Sharon Ann (Samples) Keplinger was born in Berkley, California on December 18, 1945. She passed from this life on December 5, 2020 at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 74. Sharon attended Sapulpa High School. She worked at Sun Oil Company as an operator, was a Truck Driver for several years, and retired from Sapulpa Public Schools. Sharon married Tony Keplinger on March 7, 1985 at Creek County Lumber Yard. She greatly enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, lounging in the hot tub, tending to her may pets, and tinkering around in the back yard. She was preceded in death by parents Anna and Dee Smithee; brothers David Samples, Wayne Samples and Johnnie Smithee; step-brother Kenny Smithee; daughter Cherie Scott; grandchildren Mathew Hardee and Brennan Scott; and sister-in-law Vera Hardee. Sharon leaves behind her husband of 35 years, Tony Keplinger of the home; son Jewell Hardee and wife Dana of Keller, TX; son Randy Hardee and wife Glenna of Sapulpa; step-sons Trent Keplinger of Enid and Troy Keplinger of Enid; step-brother Philip Samples; step-sisters Carolyn Holder, Marilyn Smithee; sisters-in-law Pam Samples Lessley, Lelee Samples and Dixie Hardee; as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.
