Roy Edward Jackson was born in Sapulpa, ok on October 20,1952 to Mae Wilda Hardmond & Earl Haskell Jackson. He attended Broker T. Washington and Sapulpa High School. Roy was a Father to 1 girl Vel-Vina (Linda) and 4 boys Rory, Don, Melvin, and Pooh. (Elaine).

Roy worked as a Laborer, He enjoyed working on cars and playing old school rhythm and blues. He was affectionately known as the music man. He traveled to Tulsa in his spare time to see Family and friends.

Roy loved his family and never met a stranger. Roy knew everyone and everyone knew Roy Jackson of sapulpa.

Wednesday, January 19th, 2022 Roy parted this life. Proceeded him in death were his parents, Mae wilda & Earl, children’s moms Elaine(Wife) and Linda, Son Rory and siblings Lawrence, Janis and Tanya. Left to cherish his memory are his children Vel-vina, Don, Melvin and Pooh. 10 grandkids and 17 great grandchildren. And a host of other family & friends.
