Roger Dale Sloan was born October 7, 1948 to Joe Delton & Phoebie (Titus) Sloan in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. He departed this life April 14, 2020 at his home surrounded by his family.
He was united in marriage to Peggy Kay Cornue October 19, 1985. They enjoyed many years together before her passing November 10, 1999.
He had worked many places including Bartlett Collins Glass Plant, Kwikset and finally retired at the Depew Public Schools working in the maintenance department. He was a member of the Depew Church of God.
He enjoyed listening to music, going to church and visiting with people. He especially loved his family.
He is survived by six children, Joe Charles Sloan, Jack Sloan and wife Tammi, LaPatta Parker and husband Craig, Angela Jordan and husband Michael, Dustin Sloan and wife Daiquiri, Steven Sloan and Nicole; two sisters, Carolyn Ralston and Barbara Stacey; thirteen grandchildren and twenty two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Peggy Sue, second wife, Peggy Kay; one brother Delton Sloan; one sister, Joann Harper. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Depew Church of God or the American Cancer Society.
