Mary Edwards 91, of Sapulpa went to be with the lord on April 9, 2022 peacefully at her home.
Mary was born May 8, 1930 in England, Arkansas to Corbin and Flossie Mayhugh.
Mary met and married the love of her life Ferrell Edwards and together they had 7 children. She was a devoted, loving, and caring mother and grandmother.
She was blessed in her lifetime to be able to see her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren come into this world. She took great pride and joy in spending time with them. Family was and always has been the most important thing in her life.
She had a deeply caring and compassionate heart and soul and was always willing to give a helping hand. Anyone that met her loved her and she loved them back just as much if not more.
She was proceeded in death by her husband Ferrell Edwards, her son James C. Edwards, and daughter Janet Ross.
She is survived by her two brothers James Mayhugh, David Mayhugh, and 2 sisters Jeanie Cochrum and Teresa Holder. She is survived by her children Danny Edwards, Mary Ellen Brewster, Linda Edwards, Carolyn Edwards, Ruth Ely, 10 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 9 great great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
