Margaret Daniels, known to her family as Maggie, passed away at 93 in her home on May 22nd in Sapulpa, OK.
Born in Connersville, Indiana March 8, 1926 to James and Earla Cooper. She is survived by her three daughters, Michelle Carmody, whom she shared a home with the pat 11 years, Cherie Salano of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Dawn Baker of Bullhead City, Arizona, 9 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
Margaret had a passion and an unmatched talent for crocheting. She left behind a legacy of love in every afghan she made for her children, grandchildren, friends, family and the prayer shawls she made for the church. She loved her family, her church family, and those who took the time in chatting with her or asking how she was doing or just said hello in passing. She especially took joy in the pastors at church taking time to sit and chat with her before service.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Earla M. Stortz, father, James H. Cooper, sister Helen, 2 grandsons Jason and Ryan.
Maggie will be cremated and there will be a late lunch to celebrate her life. The Celebration of Life will take place June 9th at 3:00pm at the Glenpool Conference Center. If you would like to send flowers please have them delivered to 508 E Lincoln Sapulpa, OK.
