Lloyd Rose

On Saturday, March 5, 2022 Lloyd Rose left this world to be with Dovie, his wife of 50 years who preceded him in death in 2019.
Lloyd was born August 25, 1942 near Henryetta, OK to Oda and Essie Rose. Lloyd had brothers and sisters which he dearly loved. Jack Rose (deceased), Harlus Rose (deceased), Barbara Stewart (deceased), Karen Page (Sapulpa, OK), Seagal Rose (deceased) and Sharon Wegley (Sapulpa, OK).
On January 31, 1969 Lloyd married the love of his life, Dovie. Together they enjoyed fishing, camping, genealogy, quilting, and being in the company of family.
Lloyd had a fulfilling career as a residential carpenter, handyman, and maintenance man.
Lloyd will be missed greatly by his children and grandchildren. He is survived by a son, Joe Martin and his wife Sherry (Tulsa, OK), and daughter, Kamita Estrada and her husband James (Taft, OK). His grandchildren Miles Martin, Tanner (Martin) Lester, Dakota Martin, Chase Scraper, and Caleb Scraper as well as his 5 great-grandchildren.
A private memorial of Lloyd’s life will be held Monday, March 14, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at his former residence at West Edison Plaza. Friends and family who do not know the details are invited to please reach out to family members for details.
