Karen Lynette Bradbury was born October 24, 1951 in San Angelo, Texas the daughter of O.L. and Evelyn (Hoes) Douglas. She passed from this life on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 in Sapulpa at the age of 67 years, 7 months and 18 days.
Karen graduated from Mannford High School in 1970. She married Thomas Bradbury, Jr. in Sand Springs on August 16, 2008. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and loved quilting and flowers.
She is survived by husband, Thomas W. Bradbury Jr.; mother, Evelyn Douglas;
mother-in-law, Betty Bradbury and her husband Gerald; 3 brothers, Harold, Chris and Michael Douglas; son, Robert Ragland and wife, Crystal; daughter, Paula Finder and husband, Jason; daughter and son in law by marriage, Amy and Severin Olinger
son and daughter in law, Tommy and Laura Bradbury; son by marriage, Tim Bradbury; 18 Grandchildren; 2 Great Grandchildren (with 2 more on the way). She was preceded in death by her father, O.L. Douglas; father-in-law, Thomas W. Bradbury, Sr.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Calvary Baptist Church, 18807 W. Wekiowa Road, Sand Springs, OK 74063.
A private burial will take place 9am, Friday, June 14, 2019 in Woodland Memorial Park in Sand Springs. A celebration of her life will follow at 10am at the Calvary Baptist Church, 18807 W. Wekiowa Road, Sand Springs. Arrangements are under the direction of Heath-Griffith Funeral Home.
