Jonathan Wayne Fuller (Jon), stepped into heaven on Sunday, June 28, 2020, in his home in Sapulpa, OK. He was 49 years old.
Jon was born on November 14, 1970, in Mountain View, Missouri to Ronelda (Conger) Fuller and John Webb Fuller, III. He graduated from Lubec High school 1989; six months later he enlisted into the United States Navy. He was honored to be a sailor. He loved his job and loved the fact he could protect his country and travel the world at the same time. Jon faithfully served 20 years in the United States Navy. After his retirement, he became an over the road CDL Driver/Trainer, which lead him to a job at Roadmaster Truck Driving school, as a Driver Instructor then promoted to Director of Training. He loved making a difference with the students. Roadmaster school closed an opportunity to work for his cousin at Cherry Trucking was available so he took it. He gained knowledge and experience working in the dump trucking industry. In July 2019, he started working for Creek County Road Maintenance District 1 department. Throughout his life, he has made lifelong friends that he would call family.
Jon met his wife Joanne in Charleston, SC on a blind date they were married 3 months later in 1993. They have been married for 26 years, together they have four children and 6 grandchildren. Jon loved having his family around him laughing and making memories. He loved being a big kid playing video games with his children, that was a way for him to connect with them. He loved his new Harley and loved to take rides on it with his wife. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing golf and loved to go bowling. One of his biggest passions was his love of food; he loved to cook and entertain. You always knew the Fullers a Team Fullers. He loved all the holidays and loved being in character for Halloween. Most of all he loved all the holiday family traditions and insisted on doing them every year from coloring Easter eggs, to having big firework shows, to making sure the Christmas tree is loaded with tons of tensile and of course watching as a family National Lampoon Christmas Vacation.
Jon is survived by his loving wife Joanne, 5 children Taylor, John, Josh, Jade, and Jared. His Grandchildren, Journey, JJ, Jayden, Zoey, Jensen, and Jaxon. His parents, Ronelda Conger (Whitmore) and John Webb Fuller III. His two sisters, Rebecca Fuller Dyer, and Jackie Fuller Fairweather, and two stepsisters, Chasity Peck and Dorothy Leimgruber, two stepbrothers, Jesse Brown and Gary Brown.
