Johnny Neuman Burton Kerr, 79, of Sapulpa, passed from this life Tuesday, March 2, 2021. Johnny was born December 15, 1941 in San Francisco, California to Neuman Anderson Burton and Lavon (Staiger) Kerr. He met the love of his life Patricia Risner in 1990 and they were blessed to spend 30 years together.
Johnny was a mechanic by trade. He enjoyed fishing and working on cars, but his passion was old cars, hot rods, and spending Saturday nights at the Speedway. In his younger days Johnny loved roller-skating and was very good at it. There are too many stories to count about his time at the skating rinks skating and having fun with his friends. However, Johnny’s greatest love was his family. He was truly loved and will be missed by all.
Johnny is survived by his wife Patricia of the home; sons Johnny Kerr of Tulsa, Eddie Kerr of Sapulpa and Michael Kerr and wife Audra of Glenpool; grandchildren Christopher Kerr, Matthew Kerr and Dillion Kerr; sisters Dee McGuire of Tulsa and Eloise Kiezor and husband Al of Mounds and brother Dennis Kerr and wife Sue of Sapulpa and a host of other family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents Neuman and Lavon Kerr; niece Debbie and a host of other family.
Services will be 10:00am, Friday, March 5, 2021 at Traditions Funeral Chapel in Kellyville.
