Jessie “Max” Gann, age 86, passed away on December 19, 2024. He was beloved father, husband, Papa and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Max was born on November 13, 1938 in Kiefer, OK. He went on to join the U.S. Army where he spent 2 years active duty and 2 years reserve duty. Max enjoyed watching OU Sooners Football hanging out with friends at the Elks Lodge and the VFW in Sapulpa, OK and barbequing.
Max is preceded in death by his parents, Noah Gann and Jessie Gann, 1 son, Jason Adam Gann, brothers, Leonard Gann and Pete Gann, sisters, Bessie Scott, Betty Duncan, Ruthie Nelson and Mary Jones.
Max is survived by his loving wife, Holly Gann, his children, Tony Gann and his wife Amy of Claremore, OK, Stephani Gann Anderson of Slick, OK, Nikkie Gann Chaffin and husband, Jason of Bristow, OK and sister, Charlotte Bear of Sapulpa, OK, his grandchildren, Konnar Chaffin, Alexa Deerinwater, Noah West, Lily West, Olivia West and Mia West.
His memory will be cherished by all who knew him.
A Celebration of Life will be held for family and friends on Saturday, January 4, 2025 from 1-4p @ the Sapulpa Elks Lodge.
In Lieu of Flowers, bring a snack to the memorial.
