Jeanne Marie (Stanley) Sinor, 81, of Sapulpa, went to be with the Lord on October 28th in Oklahoma City with her loved ones by her side.
Jeanne was born March 6,1939 to Gloyd (Ginny) and Jewell (Sullivan) Stanley. She was born and raised in Sapulpa, and it is where she later met and married Don Sinor. They shared 57 years of marriage. She retired from BC after many years of service there and after retirement she enjoyed volunteering in the gift shop at St. John’s Hospital in Sapulpa.
She enjoyed life to the fullest. Some of her most special memories were of when she and her husband were able to travel with friends. She had a laugh that anyone who knows her will not soon forget. She could light up a room with her infectious laughter. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends telling jokes and old stories and loved OU football.
She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is already, and will always be, missed more than imaginable.
She is survived by her grandchildren, Jennifer Nuckols and husband Rodney of Oklahoma City; Cory Gibbs and wife Dana of Glenpool; Natalie McCall and husband Jonathon of Sapulpa; Aaron Sinor of Sapulpa; Ira Gibbs of Sapulpa; Jaime Sinor of Mounds: Russell Sinor of Sapulpa; great-grandchildren, Logan Wickersham and Nash Nuckols of Oklahoma City; Kevin Gibbs of Sapulpa; Storm Mata of New Jersey; Kuyler and King Grim of Sapulpa; Ashlyn and Steven Gibbs of Sapulpa and Silas Sapulpa of Mounds. She also leaves behind nieces, nephews and bonus kids and grandkids that loved and adored her and her feisty spirit.
She is preceded in death by her husband Don; her children Donald and Leroy Sinor and Deanna (Sinor) Dunn; her mother and father; her sisters Norma Greeson and Vicki Houser; her brothers Donald Ray Stanley, William (Bill) Stanley and Kenneth Wayne Stanley and her great-grandchildren Cody and Anna Gibbs.
