Bro. James Watt, a lifetime Sapulpan, was received up into Glory Saturday evening, January 29th, 2022. James was born in Sapulpa on Feb 15th, 1986. James was an avid hobbyist . He loved woodworking and grilling. He was a graduate of Sapulpa High School and OSU Okmulgee.
He obtained a Bachelor of Instrumentation Engineering Technology. James was a long-time employee of HollyFrontier as a Control System Technician.
James was a faithful member and minister/teacher at Apostolic Pentecostals of Sapulpa. He served as Sunday School teacher, Life in Focus host, Anger Management instructor and mentor for the youth and children. He was also a minister of the Word. He deeply loved studying the Bible and being a Bible Study teacher.

Bro. Watt was survived by his wife Debbie Watt, his mother Mary Watt of Sapulpa, sisters Lesa Nelson, Billie English, Bobbie Jo Haney and Misty Trobiano, his uncle Donald Whisenhunt, and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father Charles Watt, birth parents James and Barbara Whisenhunt, and his grandparents Perry and Jewel Watt and James and Rachel Whisenhunt.

Services will be held Monday, February 7, 2022 at 6:30 PM at First Church Tulsa Hills, 6600 S 33rd W Ave, Tulsa, OK 74132 with Rev. Noah Marshall officiating.
Visitation will be held Sunday 2-5 PM at Smith Funeral Home, 1208 S Main, Sapulpa, OK 74066
