James Bailey Fulks passed into his Heavenly reward on January 28, 2021.
James was born August 27 1938 in Davenport Oklahoma to Louis Franklin Fulks and Virgie Lee Maxfield. He graduated from Keystone High School. He was employed by Liberty Glass Company and retired in 2003.
James met and married Sara Ellen Tilley on July 7th of 1957. They were happily married and lived in wedded bliss for 52 years. After Ellen passed from this life to the next, James was lucky enough to meet Sadie Mae Mitchell and they were married on August 17th of 2010. They were married for just over a year when Sadie passed the following October.
James served the church of South Heights Assembly of God faithfully until he gained his wings. He went on many trips with his church family to celebrate and spread the Word of the Lord.
James loved to work with his hands and built small engines and windchimes. He was a Mr. Fix-it for all those in his family that needed help. James and Ellen built the inside of ther family to shelter and hold all the love they had for their family.
He is survived by his children Ronald Dean Fulks and Jimmy Lee Fulks.
