James Collins went to be with the Lord on November 10, 2018. He was born on August 10, 1948 in Ottawa, Illinois to James Ermal & Mary Louise Collins.

James worked for the city of Tulsa for 25 years as an Engineering Drafting Technician. He was a faithful member of the Sapulpa Church of the Nazarene where he served with his wife in the Sunday School Office, as a teacher, and part of the puppet ministry. He enjoyed spending time with his wife Linda and daughter Jamie traveling and serving others in organizations such as the Oklahoma Kids and Pre-Teen America.

He was a great husband, father, and grandfather. He will truly be missed. James loved to tell jokes and make up stories with his daughter and grandchildren’s names in them. His smile was contagious.
