Howard William Dale age 62 born on May 31,1957, passed away on April 14, 2020 after a brave battle with cancer. Preceding him in death are his Mother Phyllis Dale and Father Jerry Joe Dale. He is survived by his beloved Brothers and Sisters Ronnie Charles, Joe Dale, David Dale, Damon Dale, Gloria Christner, Pam Ibbetson, Laura Watkins; Uncles and Aunt Donald Dale, Ellis Smith and Glenda Kendall, wife Toby Dale and Stepson David Smith.
Howard was a wonderful Uncle to his nephews; Ricky, Jeremy and Garrick Watkins, Tommy, Brandon and Aaron Dale, Cameron Ibbetson and Jeffery Charles, Nieces; Kimberly Hayes, Michelle McCarty, Abbey Dale and Kristi Osteen, along with many Grand Nieces and Nephews. His Cousins, the Pickering Family and his friends all whom he loved dearly.
He was employed by the City of Sapulpa for over twenty years. The Family wishes to extend their thanks for the support Howard received from his coworkers and friends at the City of Sapulpa.
Howard enjoyed spending time with his Family and Friends. His favorite past time was restoring his Model A and driving all his old cars down country roads. Words cannot express our sorrow of the passing of our dear Brother, Husband, Uncle and Friend.
Viewing hours will be Friday the 17th from 10am-8pm, Saturday the 18th from 10am-3pm and Sunday the 19th from 1pm-6pm.
Due to attendance restrictions there will be a private family services at 1:00pm, Monday, April 20, 2020, at Traditions Funeral Chapel with Tommy Pickering officiating. Services will be live streamed on Traditions Facebook page. However, the family is requesting that those who wish may come to the funeral home parking lot and live stream from their cars and join the procession from the funeral home to South Heights Cemetery in Sapulpa.
Bearers will be Ronnie Charles, David Dale, Joe Dale, Damon Dale, Doug Ibbetson and Rick Watkins. Honorary bearers will be Ricky Watkins, Jeremy Watkins, Garrick Watkins, Cameron Ibbetson, Tommy Dale, Brandon Dale, Aaron Dale and David Smith.
