Fred Arvil Campbell, age 88, passed away on 17 October, 2020. He was born on 11 November, 1931 in Keota, Oklahoma. He was a longtime resident of Slick, Oklahoma.
He is survived by his daughter, Cynthia Carol (Campbell) Narcomey, two loving siblings, brother, Robert Campbell, and sister, Ruth Conley; nine grandchildren, twenty-seven great-grandchildren and other loving relatives.
Family members that have preceded him in death are: Donna (Abbott) Campbell, Marie (Reed) Campbell, Stanley Campbell (son), Kirby Campbell (Brother), Louise (Campbell) Smith (sister), Calvin Campbell (brother), Rosella (Campbell) Creason.
“Arvil” was a well known cowboy, rancher in the Slick/Bristow area. Direct, straight talking man, with a great sense of humor, affectionately known as “Grandpa” by many in the area.
Memorial Services are scheduled for 1:00pm, Saturday, October 24, 2020 at Faith Baptist Church with Reverend Steve Lamberson officiating.
