Frank E. King, 59 of Sapulpa went home to be with Jesus on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, surrounded by family and friends.
Frank was born September 22, 1962, in Franklin, PA to Freeman and Audrey King. He graduated from Franklin High School and then moved to Tulsa, OK in 1982. Frank founded King’s Quality Construction over 30 years ago, which he continued to grow until July, 2021.
Frank and the love of his life, Cindy, began dating in 1993 and were married in 1997. They have a daughter, Courtney and two sons, Braden and Zacariah, who were lights in his life.
Frank’s family will remember him as a strong, goofy, kind, and compassionate man who was always willing to help someone in need. He enjoyed watching his westerns, cooking out, finding innovative ways to get jobs done, telling stories to anyone who would listen and making people laugh. He had never met a stranger, people were drawn to him wherever he went and he would gladly welcome them. He loved his family and friends and he loved Jesus.
Frank was preceded in death by his father, Freeman W. King Sr., his mother Audrey E. (Outman) King, grandparents, aunts, uncles and 3 brother-in-laws.
Frank is survived by his wife Cindy, his children Courtney and son-in-law Nick Chermack, Braden King, Zacariah King, and was excited about the pending birth of his first grandchild little Miss Sawyer, his 5 brothers and 6 sisters, Ronald (Wife) King, Leona (Steve) Hanna, Dewayne (Betty) King, Adah Glenn, Peggy (Leonard) King, Helen Davis, Bob (Karia) King, Beatrice Carr, Larry King, Gary King and Florence (Rick) Goshorn, his Aunt Marian, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 pm, Monday, March 28, 2022 at Traditions Funeral Chapel in Kellyville, Oklahoma. Services will be at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at Angus Acres Baptist Church, 4401 S. 129th W. Ave., Sand Springs, Oklahoma. His final resting place will be at Sunrise Cemetery in Kellyville.
