Eunice Grace Mae Shelton, 90, of Sapulpa, passed from this life Monday, August 30, 2021. She was born November 29, 1930, in Leonard, Oklahoma to William Columbus Mobley and Geneva Helen Henderson Mobley.
Eunice married Delmer Shelton on September 19, 1948, in Sapulpa, Oklahoma in the home of Delmer’s sister. She was a homemaker, gardener, quilter, and a great cook. She used her gift of cooking to cook every Wednesday for seven years to help her church raise money to pay off the church mortgage.
Eunice loved to trout fish and was known to can the fish so her family could enjoy them all year long. She was always ready and willing to help with anything and she loved to bring desert to every family gathering. Her greatest joy was her family, and she will be dearly missed by each and every one.
Eunice is preceded in death by her parents William and Neva Mobley; brother Lloyd Mobley and son Larry Shelton.
She is survived by son Ronnie Shelton and wife Laura; daughter-in-law LeeAnn Shelton; grandchildren Ryan Shelton, Chad Shelton, Seth Shelton, Kent Shelton, Andrea Shelton, Emily Frazier and husband Dan and Katherine Herman and husband Bryce; great-grandchildren Chloe Shelton, Kiddo, Honey and Captain Shelton, Isabella and Isaac Herman, Ericca, Hadessah and Cassandra Leigh Shelton; dear cousin Lynda Miller and niece Sherri Smart.
Services have been set for 10:00 am, Saturday, September 4, 2021, at Traditions Funeral Chapel in Kellyville.
