Eula Doymoye Rice (Coatney) was born November 19, 1923 in Lawton, OK. Eula passed away on September 16, 2019.

On January 27, 1940 she married Charles Ray Rice in Sapaulpa, OK. Eula lived in Tulsa, most of her life.

She was an avid reader of the Bible and History. She loved working in her flower gardens. She loved cats. Eula was an accomplished artist, in oils with museum quality.

She is survived by Darla Ann Findley (Don), Bob, Tim, Glenda Annette Rice, several grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
