Darrell Wright of Sapulpa passed away at home on Wednesday morning at 83 years of age. He is survived by his wife, son and his wife, 5 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
Darrell was a wonderful husband, father and grandpa. He loved spending time with his family and telling stories about them. He enjoyed volunteering his time to help kids and people of all ages from Scout Master to Secretary Treasurer for the Bald Eagles and teaching about Space and Aeronautics and being a tour guide at Tulsa Air and Space Museum. In his spare time he enjoyed building and flying model airplanes, tinkering with things and watch Nascar. He will be severely missed.
Funeral Services are scheduled at 2:00 pm Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at Green Hill Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation is scheduled on Monday from 4-7 pm at Green Hill Funeral Home. 400 E. Teel Road Sapulpa, 918-224-2312 / www.greenhillok.com
