Billie Harper

Billie Marie Harper, 38, of Twin Hills, entered the gates of Heaven on December 26, 2019. She was born March 3, 1981 to Jerry and Patricia Taylor in Enid, Oklahoma. She was lovingly named after her Aunt Billie and her grandmother Marie. Billie married Jared Harper August 10, 2001 and together had five children. She worked as a CNA and dedicated her life to taking care of people. Some of her favorite things were cherry limeades, caramel frappe, orange sherbet, dolphins, dogs, and watching cooking shows. She loved babies and her family was the most important to her.
Billie had a very caring heart and was always willing to help anyone. She was loved by all who met her and will be greatly missed.
Billie is survived by her husband, Jared Harper; daughters, Alexis, Alyssa, and Amber Harper; son, Aaron Harper; step-son Jordan Harper; parents, Jerry and Patricia Taylor; mother-in-law, Earline Harper; brothers, David McLane and Horace Taylor and wife Shelly; sisters, Patricia and husband DJ Perkins; Heather and husband Justin Ridge; sisters-in-law, Toni Sherman and Tana Spears-McElmurry; brother-in-law Jason Harper; 4 special nieces, 2 special nephews, one special nephew who is on the way; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Billie was preceded in death by maternal grandparents Bill and Marie McLane, paternal grandparents Horace and Linda Taylor; grandmother Ruth Taylor; father-in-law Jim Harper.
A celebration of Billie’s life will be held January 4, 2020 at 11:00am at Twin Hills School.
