Betty passed away August 21, 2022. She was born in Sapulpa, Oklahoma on September 12, 1928, to Elizabeth Mae Hubbard and Charles Bernard Quinn, who preceded her in death. Her older sister, Margie Mae Quinn Redding, also preceded her in death.
Betty attended schools in Sapulpa and graduated High School May 24, 1945. She worked for Bartlett Collins and Southwestern Bell after graduating. She maintained the family home in Sapulpa and cared for her parents until their deaths. Betty, a life long Democrat, was interested in the political scene; she had served as a poll official on many occasions. She enjoyed her many pets and growing her flower garden.
She is survived by her nephew Edwin W. Redding and a niece-in-law Fran Redding.
Visitation will be held at Smith Funeral Home, Sapulpa, OK, on Thursday, August 25 at 11 AM. Graveside services will be at Green Hill Cemetery immediately following.
