Beatrice May Hardridge Buckley age 79 was born January 28, 1941 to Tom and Lola Fulsom Hardridge. Her Heavenly Father called her home on Monday, May 4, 2020 at 10:15am.
Bea was preceded in death by her parents Tom and Lola Hardridge; husband Billy Richard Buckley; sisters Betty Jones, Shirley Brown and Helen Jones; brothers Tommy Hardridge Jr., and William “Sonny” Hardridge; son Jackie Leroy Buckley; grandson Jackie Leroy Buckley Jr. and stepson Billy Ray Buckley.
Bea is survived by her son Eddie Buckley and wife Anita of Kellyville; daughter Linda Buchanan and husband Joe of Kellyville; daughter-in-law Loretta Thomas Buckley of Kellyville; seven grandchildren Ashley Buckley, Cody Buckley, Stacy Buckley, Justin Buckley, Johnathon Buckley, Jamie Buckley and Brittany Buckley; six great-grandchildren Jordan Buckley, Madison Mize, Damien Arbuckle, Brayden Arbuckle, Ryker Buckley and Adrian Buckley; sister Joyce Johnson and husband Albert of Kellyville and numerous nieces and nephews.
Bea was an avid sports lover where she excelled in softball and basketball at Kellyville High School and continued to play softball in to her late 50’s. She loved spending time with her family and some of her greatest joys were watching her grandkids play ball. When she got together with her sisters, let’s just say you could not hear anything over the laughter. Bea was a homemaker before going to work at Delta Manufacturing where she worked for over 25 years.
There will be a visitation wake service Thursday, May 7, 2020 at 7:00pm at the Indian Fellowship Church, 6130 S. 58th W. Ave., Tulsa, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be 11:00am, Friday, May 8, 2020 also at the Indian Fellowship Church in Tulsa with burial to follow at Hardridge Family Cemetery.
