Additional fencing went up on Monday in downtown Sapulpa, expanding the construction site on Route 66 to Elm Street, across from the Creek County Courthouse.
The additional fencing was a planned part of the construction process, but for the customers looking to shop small this summer, the sudden increase in barriers could be the difference between a few steps and a three-block walk to get to where they want to go.
Customers are advised to “know before you go” as you prepare to navigate the detours and find parking. Having a good understanding of which stores or restaurants you want to visit will help in deciding how best to get around the construction in downtown Sapulpa.
