Missing Sapulpa man found in Oklahoma City

Sapulpa Police activated a Silver Alert for Victor Slavick, 88, after he went missing about 9:45 p.m. Saturday at the QuikTrip at 6008 South 49th West Avenue. That silver alert was later canceled on Sunday night when Slavick was found in Oklahoma City.

Police suspect that Slavick may have got confused when he left the Town West QuikTrip and got on the interstate going the wrong direction. His children found a debit card transaction in Moore, Oklahoma and alerted Moore PD and OHP. He was found shortly after and taken to a hospital for evaluation. According to his daughter, he is being released from the hospital today.
