This is by far my most easy-to-make cookie! Quick and tasty is how every dessert should be, and this recipe is one every new baker should try!

Ingredients
2 cups of Sugar
½ cup of Milk
9 tablespoons of salted butter
¼ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
3 cups of old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup of creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
In a large pot, add your sugar, milk, butter, cocoa powder, and cinnamon and stir over medium heat until it comes to a strong boil. Boil it for no longer than one minute, constantly stirring. After the one-minute boil is done, immediately remove from heat and add in the peanut butter, oatmeal, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly.

Immediately spoon your cookies onto a foiled or parchment-papered surface. Size is dependent on preference. Allow time to cool and then enjoy!

If you’re not a fan of cinnamon, just cut your butter to 8 Tablespoons. Be sure to have everything ready beforehand, as prepping and timing are vital for these to come out right!
