Registered voters who wish to file for open seats on the Creek County Free Fair Association Board of Directors must file their Declaration of Candidacy between Monday, January 23, 2023, and Friday, January 27, 2023. Any person filing has to live in the Commissioner’s District they seek to represent.
Prospective candidates are required to file, with the County Clerk during the above filing period, on the form prescribed by the Creek County Commissioners.
The election will be held on February 4, 2023, from 10:00 A.M to 12:00 P.M. at 317 East Lee Avenue, Sapulpa, OK 74066 Commissioners Meeting Room (District #1), 10920 S. HWY 99, Drumright, OK 74030 District #2 HWY Department (District #2), and 620 Industrial Road, Bristow, OK 74010 District #3 HWY Department (District #3).
One can only vote for the candidate running in the Commissioner’s District in which the voter lives. Voters or potential candidates may call the Creek County Election Board to determine in which district they reside.
