A Creek County man was arrested on drug and gun charges after Creek County Sheriff Deputies served a search warrant, Sapulpa Times has learned.


According to a statement from Chief Deputy Fred Clark, Creek County Deputies served a search warrant outside of the town of Depew on Thursday morning.

Clark says Forty-five-year-old Phil Osburn was arrested after a search turned up four firearms and approximately 11 pound of marijuana.
Police say Osburn has been charged with distribution of marijuana and using a firearm to commit a felony.
A search of Osburn’s criminal history turned up similar drug charges in 1997.
