Rascals on Route 66: The Start of a New Annual Event?

On Independence Day Weekend, thousands came to downtown Sapulpa to watch as racers from 4-year-old all the way to 18-years and up competed in the first (and hopefully annual) Rascals on Route 66. We got the chance to talk to City Councilor Richard Hudson who said he signed up "as soon as he heard it was happening," and 11-year-old Easton, who rode the "Rocket Chip" and ended up winning in his division, and the fan favorite award.
