Sapulpa’s Adoptable Pets

What’s the difference between Sapulpa Furry Friends and the Sapulpa Animal Shelter?

Sapulpa Furry Friends is a 501c3 volunteer and foster based organization. SFF does not have a physical building. SFF does pull some animals from the Sapulpa shelter for rescue transport or foster care, but that is not the only place SFF pulls animals from. The animals available for adoption through SFF can be found on petfinder.com, petstablished.com, adopt-a-pet.com and sapulpafurryfriends.org. People must apply to adopt for SFF animals through the sapulpafurryfriends.org website where an adoption coordinator will handle the application and reach out to them.

The Sapulpa Animal Shelter is a municipal city shelter located at 8812 W. 100th Street South in Sapulpa. The phone number there is 918-227-2722. The shelter has been working on listing available dogs on petfinder.com, but the listing may not be completely up-to-date. To adopt an animal from the shelter, the adopter must visit the shelter in person.
